Kawel is an exceptionally accomplished Human Resources and Organization Development executive whose leadership has been honored with numerous awards including “Global CHRO of The Year” (HRO Today, 2015), “America’s Best Employers” (Forbes) for Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, and “40 Under Forty” (The Times Leader, 2010).  His 30 years of experience and leadership roles in Operations and HR within aviation, biotechnology, healthcare, hospitality, and logistics includes Fortune 500s (Caesars, United Parcel Service, and most notably, Southwest Airlines).  Prior to joining The Human Resource Consortium, he served as Chief HR Officer for Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment and Signature Healthcare and then Chief Executive Officer for a fully vertical biotech company utilizing nano-emulsified formulas.  A visionary within the Human Resource leadership community, Kawel is accredited for developing targeted business and human capital strategies that are culture-centric, goal-oriented, performance elevating, and budget-sensitive. Read on.
