Human Resources Council Meeting: Fostering an Employee First Culture

All Chamber members are welcome to join the September meeting of the HR Council, where we will feature Denisse Mateo, Chief People Officer for The Arc Eastern Connecticut, presenting "Fostering an Employee-First Culture." A human-centric approach to workforce management can improve engagement, innovation, productivity, and retention. We'll learn about defining an organization's culture and values, transparent communication, encouraging collaboration, and promoting inclusion and equity. Q&A and open HR topic roundtable will follow.
