Hews, an esteemed Organizational Leadership and Change Coach with over 30 years of management & executive experience in Pfizer US & UK, and the former board member and president of Board of Safe Futures. This workshop is designed to equip leaders and teams with essential skills to enhance teamwork, communication, and organizational performance.

About Richard J. Hews: Richard J. Hews is the founder of Pathways of Growth and a certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation. He holds certifications from the Newfield Network, Strozzi Institute, and is a TetraMap Facilitator.

With over 30 years in Pharmaceutical R&D in the UK and US, Richard has extensive experience in statistics, project management, and strategic management. He built a department supporting billion-dollar therapies and led initiatives to enhance drug development performance.

He has coached and consulted for companies like Pfizer, Ipsen, Alexion, and Shire, and his Team Conversation Survey has been used by over 1,000 teams globally.

Richard served six years on the Board of Safe Futures of Southeastern Connecticut, including two as President. He coaches non-profit leaders, including TED Fellows and Starting Bloc, and delivers workshops on leadership and management.
