Event Description:

PUBLIC WELCOME: Join us in community to celebrate the entrepreneurs of our pilot Entrepreneur Academy!

Explore the exciting business ideas participants our inaugural Entrepreneur Academy have been working on this summer. Ventures include IT, marketing, and other professional services; recycling, junk removal, and zero waste services; retail and promotional products; sports and recreation outlets; food products; and more. During this trade-show style event, mingle with Connecticut's business community and our region's up-and-coming entrepreneurs. Select your favorite venture and the winner will receive a cash prize to help them launch their business. Light refreshments will be served.

Entrepreneur Academy is a new 8-week program to help emerging entrepreneurs formulate their idea into a profitable business. Participants will receive training from experts, mentorship, and gain access to local resources. The program is made possible in part by TRIP and CTNext. Learn more about the Entrepreneur Academy.
