Event Description:

Southeast Connecticut World Affairs Council (SECWAC) is proud to host David Allen from the Belfer Center at the Harvard Kennedy School and he will speak on his new book, "Every Citizen a Statesman: The Dream of a Democratic Foreign Policy in the American Century." Dr. Allen will cover the history of the World Affairs Councils of America, among other topics; copies of his book will be available for sale on the evening.
