Southeast Connecticut World Affairs Council (SECWAC) is proud to host Lisa MacPherson, Senior Policy Analyst at Public Knowledge; the presentation discusses "Disinformation: what it is, why it matters, and how it impacts America's standing in the world" (in collaboration with the League of Women Voters of Connecticut).
