The Alzheimer's Association, Connecticut Chapter is a not for profit agency that provides information and support to individuals in Connecticut affected by Alzheimer's disease or related dementia. Services offered by the Connecticut Chapter include our 24/7 multilingual Helpline Support, Family Training Seminars, Care Consultation, Medic Alert + Safe Return training, Support Groups and Educational programs for both healthcare professionals and family caregivers.
