Carlin Construction Company was founded in 1995 in Waterford, Connecticut as a merit shop firm that provides construction management, general contracting and design/build services for a wide range of private and public clients and building types throughout New England. Our projects include new construction, renovations, and the expansion of existing facilities as well as demolition. We have completed both private and public projects in the retail, corporate, academic, healthcare, government and non-profit market sectors.
