Our approach is to offer a continuum of every professional resource needed to bring the highest levels of care and compassion to every patient and family we serve. This includes a complete range of Palliative and Hospice care services, so that patients and families dealing with life-limiting illnesses have the support needed to reduce fear and anxiety and find strength and support. For families, it includes spiritual and bereavement counseling services before and after their loved ones death – including our unique Expressive Arts program for grieving children and teens.
