Victoria Gardens

Victoria Gardens sits on an 11-acre footprint on Boston Post Road in Waterford, on the site of the former Waterford Drive-In Movie Theater, adjacent to the Waterford Plaza Shopping Center.

Victoria Gardens comprises ninety units of elderly housing for residents 55 and older, including seventy-two affordable rental housing units. Eighteen of these units are set aside as supportive housing units for the chronically homeless, with a preference given to military veterans.
