Work Order Administrators
Responsible for receiving service request phone calls from current residents and creating/distributing work orders for the maintenance team accurately and in a timely fashion to ensure prompt response.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year administration experience. Relevant industry experience preferred. Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet application, and understanding of maintenance concepts.
Groundskeeper
Responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community property to promote a quality living experience for residents. Proper maintenance of our property is crucial to our ability to provide a safe and comfortable living environment. Directly interact with community residents on a daily basis. We seek a hard-working, personable, and trustworthy applicant who will approach the job with persistent dedication.
Resident Specialist
Will provide customer service to prospective residents, handle all paperwork involved, and consistently inspect grounds. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
Requirements: Excellent customer service and strong communication skills, ability to plan and organize. Property management and/or hospitality industry experience highly preferable. Reliability, capable of building relationships with others. Knowledge of Yardi, Microsoft Word and Excel, and valid driver’s license.
Finance Specialist
Responsible for maintaining all financial records, insurance, and payables. Reports financial figures and projects to the Community Manager to ensure compliance and adherence to company budgetary standards.
Requirements: BA in Accounting or Finance, plus two years’ experience in an accounting function or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Must possess Notary certification or be willing to acquire one. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
Maintenance Tech
Responsible for performing general maintenance and repair of building and equipment. Will complete maintenance tasks for all assigned work requests efficiently and in a quality manner. Candidates will perform plumbing, electrical, roofing repair, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, and locksmith work.
Requirements: High school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and safe driving record is a must along with excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
