CorePlus Federal Credit Union will host a Home Buyer Seminar on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 5.30pm – 7.00pm. The seminar will be held at CorePlus’ Waterford location at 40 Boston Post Road. Light refreshments will be served.
Led by Mortgage Team Leader Barbara Zendzion, the seminar will feature a presentation of ‘Home Buyer’ basics for first time home buyers, people interested in downsizing or expanding due changing a family situation, or vacation home purchasers.

- Affordability and down payment strategies
- Mortgage pre-qualification and pre-approvals
- Financing programs
- Benefits of home ownership
