Flying Trapeze retreat weekend April 26-28, 2019

What’s included: Dinner Friday and Saturday, Lunch Saturday and Sunday, All classes and

We have arranged a block of room at a 20% discount at Whalers Inn in downtown Mystic. This Beautiful historic hotel includes breakfast and many other amenities!

Weekend Itinerary

Friday, April 26th:

3pm Arrive at FFA 
3:15pm warm-up and stretch class
4pm Flying Trapeze class with Catching
7pm Dinner at "Bravo Bravo"
8:30pm Movie night at FFA – Dessert catered by Ally

Saturday, April 27th

8:30am Arrive at Rig and stretch
9am Morning aerial fitness
10am Aerial class of choice (Silks, Static, Trampoline)
11pm Lunch (catered by Panera)
12pm History of Women in circus lecture
1:30pm Flying Trapeze “focus on: swing and net tricks”
3:45pm Make your own hula hoop workshop
5 – 6pm - Class of choice ( Catch locks, Hooping/juggling/Poi, Lyra)
7:30pm Dinner at Mystic Pizza (Optional: dessert to follow at Mystic Drawbridge Icecream - dessert paid for individually)

Sunday, April 28th

8:30am - Arrive at Rig and stretch
9-9:45am Morning aerial Fitness
10 - 12pm Flying Trapeze with catching
12:30pm Farewell lunch (catered by Dog Watch)
