Reliance Health is looking for sponsors and players for their 3rd Annual Par 4 Charity Golf Tournament on September 13 at River Ridge Golf Course in Griswold.

4-Person Scramble, Cash Prizes, Awards Dinner, Raffles, Silent Auction, and of course, fun! Registration: $150 per player or $600 foursome. *Register early and save!! Register before August 1 and pay only $130!!* Registration includes cart, green fees, and dinner. Check-In at 9 - Tee off at 10

Proceeds will once again support the Teaching Kitchen in Reliance Health's Morosky Building at 2 Cliff Street in Norwich. Last year, funds from the 2nd Annual Par 4 Charity Golf Tournament were used to support the development of the Teaching Kitchen, and while we're happy to say that the kitchen is up and running, there's still a lot that the kitchen needs to reach its full potential!
