Wireless Zone Adds 15GB Data Boost Amid COVID-19 Impact

As customers are working and operating in markedly different patterns than typical, Verizon is adding 15GB of data across nearly all of its consumer and small/medium business customers. 

Those Small business with 50 lines or fewer will have the extra 15GB of data automatically added now through April 30, and customers do not need to take action to receive. 

Specifics of plans:

• Unlimited Plans - +15GB of 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot Data
• Metered Plans - +15GB of 4G LTE Shared Data
• Jetpack Plans - +15 GB of 4G LTE Data
• Incremental on top of standard allocation in the 37-day period 

Customers do not see this data in their data buckets, or experience slow down on hotspot and jetpacks until they have used that incremental 15 GB of data. On metered plans there is no risk of overages if staying under the +15 GB added levels of data usage.

This comes as a relief with the utilization of working from home in these trying times.
