The Edythe K. Richmond Homes encompasses 8+ acres on a property donated to the Stonington Housing Authority by the Richmond family. The original 50 residences were constructed in 1980 with an additional 10 residences added in 1990. The Stonington Housing Authority has an on-site administrative office.
